7 Pilots!?

Balloons are flying through the year but there are peak and low season. Winter is usually slow and less tourists in Cappadocia. 
So today,  7 pilots for one balloon! 
Wow is this most safety flight isn't it! 
.... or 7 problems for grand crew?
